Brow Services FAQ's

I would like to book for a permanent make up service but I'm not sure where to start... 

We require a 30 minute consultation before any permanent make up service. This appointment is free of charge and we take that time to talk about any health conditions that might contradict the service. We have you complete some paperwork before to see what medications you are on, what skin concerns you have, if you have certain medical issues that will affect the procedure/healing process. After our consultation if you are interested in the service you are required to leave a non-refundable $100.00 deposit that is applied to your service on the day of. If you do not show up or cancel your permanent make up service the deposit is lost and has to be repaid for another appointment as well as an additional $75 reschedule fee. If the appointment is rescheduled 2.5 weeks prior to the date originally scheduled there will also be a $75 rescheduling fee but your deposit still applies to the service. 

How long does a permanent make up service take?

Typically we block off 3 hours for your permanent make up service, we do this because some clients require more work than others. During this time we start off by filling out some paperwork prior to your appointment to make sure all of the restrictions leading up to your appointment were followed. After the paperwork is done we start with the numbing process that typically takes about 30 minutes, shortly after our specialist will begin with designing your eyebrows to begin the process. 

Is my touch up included in the initial charge? 

Your brow touch up is not included in the original payment. The brow touch up is a different appointment with a reduced price. We have different time frames that you can schedule for with different price ranges. 

Do you do outside touch ups and work over previous work? 

Unfortunately, no. In some cases we can offer a removal and proceed with our work but we do not do work over what someone else has already done. We can offer a complementary consult and sit with you to talk about options, but we will not schedule you if you have previous work without a consultation. 

What if I need to cancel my appointment? 

We have a strict policy when it comes to cancellations but we follow a different cancellation structure for the permanent makeup services. Since we block off 3 hours off of our brow specialists book, we require any cancellations or reschedules to be done 2.5 weeks before the original scheduled service date.  

You have ONE grace period to reschedule without loosing your deposit but you will have to pay $75 additionally for any last minute rescheduling if it is after the 2.5 weeks. If we have to reschedule again your deposit is lost, in order for your new appointment to be scheduled you will be responsible for $100 deposit and $75 rescheduling fee at the time of booking the new appointment

If you have to cancel your appointment after the 2.5 weeks you will lose your deposit. If you need a new appointment you will repay the $100 again. 

** When we schedule your brow appointment we require a $100 deposit that goes towards that appointment. This is non-refundable. We will ask for an email address to send you all the information you need on what you can/can't do prior to your appointment. **
